They also have a 'sweetener' for the addition of a programmable thermostat at the time of the furnace installation that pays another 25 bucks! It is really great to see these local utilities serve the public interest by supporting the retirement of old, inefficient appliances and replacing them with brand spanking new energy efficient Energy Star wonders.
