Stimulus Bill Tax Credits for HVAC

Timing is everything! The stimulus bill certainly does the HVAC industry a favor providing a whopping $1500 tax credit for the 2009/2010 period for the replacement of residential HVAC systems featuring a 95+ AFUE furnace. While the credit is for 30% of the installed cost, this should be a pretty easy hurdle, as the $5000 total is really a bare minimum for a smaller system, with most replacement systems going for more.
